- Content must not have been accessed, downloaded, or used

Refund Terms: Based on signed contract terms

- Refund terms specified in individual speaking agreements
- Travel expenses may be non-refundable if already incurred

Premium Research Reports
Refund Period: 7 days from purchase date
Refund Amount: 100% refund if report not accessed

- Report must not have been downloaded or accessed
- Valid reason required for refund request
- No partial refunds for multi-report packages once first report is accessed
